I work as an Operations Manager and IT consultant at alphabyte IT. Providing clients with expert knowledge from experience working within in IT in many different private sectors, including Law, accountancy, and health care to name a few.My responsibilities include • To be the main point of contact for senior staff and departments.• Reporting on the operational running of the business• To create and maintain the standard operating procedures of the business• To create a knowledgebase for the technical team• To liaise with clients• To consultant clients on best practise and make informed recommendations• To identity areas of improvements in the company and where efficiency can be made• To Interview, hire, and train new staff members • To have regular 121’s with staff members and work on a personal development plan• To manage the day to day running’s of the staff team
