I have a passion for learning about new technologies and how they integrate and change current systems. I have also got good leadership skills and have the ability to be a good team player as well as work independently and think on my feet. I can also communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. In this role, I am part of a small team that supports and manages the Information Technology Infrastructure for a school with approximately 1000 students. I follow policies and procedures set out by the school, and the department of education to ensure that all users are able to use the technology effectively and safely by, helping them to access the school’s system and supporting them when needed and safeguarding vulnerable users. I also help with the maintenance of all the systems including servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, networking equipment, Azure, CCTV and the telephony exchange.
