-Planning and development of production and technological process, which involves performing allfunctions of CAD CAM system-Calculation of machine elements, gears of all kinds (with straight, and helicoidal gears, worm gears andscrews)-Design and making of technical and technological documentation of all types of machine elements-Lead, organize and coordinate work in the production department-Plan, coordinate, guide and oversee the performance of work tasks inside the service-Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of work tasks of employees in the production department-Regular monitoring of production process, realization and adaptation to actual needs-Participation in production capacity planning-Participation in problem identification and resolution-Proposing measures to improve technological process-Coordination of work among working groups, managers, welding supervision-Monitoring the quality of work and being responsible for the quality achieved-Preparation of job offers for customers and preparation of offer documentation-Design and production of technical documentation in 3D software AutoCad and SolidWorks
