I have experience in coaching individuals to empower them and achieve peak performance.We begin the season working on team cohesion, team cooperation, team communication. We proceed with an initial individual evaluation, planning in synegy with the work of the head coach, we evaluate along the way the effectiveness of our methods, based on achieved results. Key words: responsability, trust, respect, vision, communication. My strengths: I have this ability to connect the team in one, enhancing motivation and enthusiasm. I am competent, confident in my ability, I love working with young athletes; I am industrious, precise in my work, and I keep studying, knowledge is infinite, and most important, I am humble. Through strategic coaching, performance & personality tests, interviews, observations, we go deeper in the athlete's mind, habits, behavior, belief system, enabling me enhance his skills, improve his life and perfomance in and off the field. I also got a secret weapon, and that is... mindfulness. My goal is to make them independent.
