My responsibilities includes but not limited to;* New product development* Plan and coordinate daily production activities* Controls production raw materials, semi finished and finished goods movement* Handles all production SAP transactions* Designs SOPs for machines and running processes* Carry out periodic calibration and validation of machine process* Ensures that production processes are carried out in line with cGMP,SOP and IHS* Manage downtimes and regulate production timing to minimize time loss* Ensures that materials and product wastage are reduced to the barest minimum* Put measures in place to increase line efficiency for greater output/target per person* Conduct in process check to ensure total compliance of the operators to regulatory standard* Direct involvement in manufacturing especially when new product is to be taken and when there is problem or error in the process* Carry out yearly product review* I also coordinate with quality department in accessing product stability both in long time and accelerated conditions* Responsible for the periodic training of the key operatives* Designs quality management systems in place to ensure that finished products are quality guaranteed
