Negotiate offers & close hires.• Great proficiency & knowledge in recruiting techniques such as Vendor Managements, job boards, Databases and Referrals.• Managed and worked with different candidates (US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, EAD - employment authorization document)• Mentored and managed junior recruiters and created recruiting methodologies that could be easily used by the recruitment organization.• Daily coordination of candidate resumes, submittals, interviews, closures, and sales recruiting tracking systems.• Worked with candidates Directly on W2, Corporation to Corporation, Contract to Hire.• Responsible for posting requisitions on the company websites and job boards• Recruiting experience in Fulltime/Contract Consulting positions ranging from Networking to Application Development & Embedded Engineer• Strong background in teambuilding, including sourcing, motivation assessment, and identifying best-fit candidates.• Effective leadership and mentoring skills with ability to prioritize group tasks and achieve goals.• Recruiting consultants for Contractual, Contract to hire and Permanent positions.• Develop relationships with other consulting companies and third-party vendors to source and place consultants quickly and effectively for urgent requirements.• Using Monster, Dice as well as references and third parties (Vendors) for getting the right candidates for the requirements.• Efficient in per-screening the applicants and evaluate their skills & communication wise.• Keeping a track of the consultants who are on bench and are available for projects by talking to their employers.
