Provide expertise in any and all engineering subjects and direct leadership of top of class service for our clients totaling 30 million plus square feet of managed properties which encompasses 170 sites and over 200 engineers. Perform as top technical authority for opportunities and issue resolution related to ECM's, operations and site performance. Develop competitive differentiation by ensuring team has best-in-class technical talent to innovate, help win new business and solve any and all client challenging problems. Provide direction and oversight of our EOR program as well as any and all safety initiatives. Develop result oriented engineering teams to service our customers/clients through a best in class platform. Provide resources, technical guidance and budgetary feedback for our Engineering and REM groups. Elicit performance feedback regularly from our teams and directing routine personnel activities to provide top level service for our customers/clients. Establish staff performance expectations and provide regular feedback from both informal and scheduled reviews. Coach, resolve conflict and correct action as necessary to solve performance related issues. Provide staffing forecasts and participate in all hiring activity. Provide input and lead improvement of internal company procedures and processes. Enforce partner choices for different development capability aspect to ensure flexibility when needed and access to right talent for some activities required by customers/clients. Develop multi-year Capex roadmap and strategy in collaborative, multi-function, team environment.

Direct and ensure the successful delivery of physical plant services and engineering solutions with a dedicated staff of 30 Engineers, Locksmiths and Service Techs. Provide concurrent management and development of all CAPEX budget/projects, R&M budgets and client initiated improvements/projects. Responsibility for all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, carpentry and locksmith services, with cross functional impact and support of the delivery of capital improvement projects, interior office renovations and moves.  Also develop, refine and delivery of the long-term maintenance strategy for the facilities/department within the CMMS system Proactively identify solutions that ensure the longevity of the various Hard Services/Engineering assets and systems. Experience and proficiency in a reliability centered approach to asset management, leveraging protocols, policies, procedures and reliability-based maintenance programs. Development of white papers, studies and presentations on systems and assets as well as producing data driven results by leveraging computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), building automation systems and other technologies
