I most recently served as the technical director for a professional services wing within our organization. This role involved managing and expanding our team of consultants, serving as the technical lead, and analyzing how to drive our company forward from a professional services perspective.I also served as a developer for OptionsCity’s Freeway platform: a low-latency, multi-asset, algorithmic trading platform. Developing in this space means squeezing out every last bit of performance from a solution where microseconds make or break a deal. The platform included a proprietary visualization engine for monitoring algorithms, an algorithm lifecycle and management console, an API for interacting with the core trading system, and market playback capabilities for historical and simulated back-testing.Along with development, I initially helped establish many facets of the Freeway product life cycle including technical sales, client onboarding, both external and internal training, technical support plans and general product management. I am also the lead architect of many of the company's web initiatives, including OptionsCity’s CityStore, an online trading algorithm store and development community.
