In charge of building the foundation for the backend services and automations in our various systems (NetSuite, UPS, RingCentral, etc.) and any related tickets / bugs. Migrated all systems to NetSuite from our previous CRM called Workbooks and other services like: Quickbooks, BigCommerce, and UPS (amongst others) into relevant NetSuite procedures and automations.Created various system integrations:- UPS to NetSuite: this project automates the fetching of Tracking Information from our account and associates it to the proper Sales Order(s) and Purchase Order(s), while creating Item Fulfillment records- RingCentral to NetSuite: this project will reroute incoming calls to the company line via a Webhook to the associated Sales Rep, if the incoming phone number matches that of a Customer or Contact- NetSuite to RingCentral: this project will update the Sales Rep KPIs related to Call Count, Talk Time, and grouping call information into Customer and Vendor groups (based on matching phone number information on those records in NetSuite)
