In this role, I oversee the policy, analytics, project management, intellectual property licensing, sales, and educational product fulfillment for our educational products for the organization. During my first year in this role, we increased product sales by 175% from the prior year and 100% from the previous highest revenue year (2018). I worked with our data engineering team, or sales team, and our fulfillment team to develop a standardized sales pipeline and product fulfillment process that eliminated hours of redundant work for teams incurred on a weekly basis. I also oversaw the increase of licensing revenue by 75+% from 2020 and identified a new revenue licensing product line for the organization with strong ROI.
