Anesthesiology (PGY-1)

Serve as official tutor and mentor to students enrolled in the post-baccalaureate pre-health program. Teach weekly group supplemental review sessions in general, organic and biochemistry; maintain office hours and provide group/individual tutoring and mentorship.

Teach in-person MCAT prep sessions.

Provide hands-on care for a local sculptor with advanced progressive multiple sclerosis (MS), including physical transfers, housework, workshop assistance, meal preparation, and bodily care for a wheelchair-bound person. Part-time position consisting of several 8-hour shifts per week

Performed all certified medical scribe duties for “virtual scribe” startup. Communicated with doctors, entered provider's notes and updated patient records.

Tutored individual students in their home in various subjects including K-12 math, science, English, history, and college-level writing. Assessed students’ level of mastery of subjects and recommended further study as appropriate.
