I supervised and monitored the activities of residents across several residence halls on campus to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. I fostered a community-like environment among my 50 assigned residents. I planned and hosted several educational and engaging programs for residents. I responded to emergency situations within the residence hall and participated in on-call overnight shifts throughout the academic year. I assisted students with problem resolution through mediation and conflict management techniques. I worked several hours a week at a front desk, assisting residents with any concerns and performing various other administrative tasks.

I helped generate financial plans for potential clients. I compiled and updated customer information to explain different paths customers could take so they could achieve their financial goals. I showed different strategies that could be implemented to reduce debts and set up long-term savings so our clients would feel comfortable with their retirement trajectories.

I facilitated coordinating children around a 1225 acre campground and helped to maintain the physical well being of these children through avid hydration and cool down periods.
