Researching methods to support small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises with their decisions in the area of digitalisation, as part of the Digital Manufacturing on a Shoestring project.Working with the owners and directors mid sized manufacturing companies, analysing their processes and digitalisation needs with a focus on implementing low-cost, off-the shelf technologies in the factory environment.My work included project acquisition, stakeholder management, conduct of consulting workshops (developed as part of the research), and post-workshop support.
