Accountable for the Consumer and Community Digital Bank's overall adherence to regulatory and policy requirements, as defined by JPMC's enterprise risk management framework. Manages a team of compliance professionals who directly support the digital product and experience book of work by overseeing external agency exam management, compliance monitoring and testing, regulatory advice and counsel, new business and change management initiatives, and independent risk assessments.

Ensures a dynamic and effective control environment for the Digital and Consumer Community Bank via successful execution of the JPMC Control Framework. Advises business executives across multiple products, channels and lines of business on new products, initiatives and strategic solutions impacting customers and clients. • Developed and executed all Recovery strategies related to the Card Business Lending portfolio.• Managed performance and quality processes for multiple streams of Recovery, including: Internal, Debt Sales, Agency, and Legal.• Supervised the movement of more than $100MM in charged-off inventory to Legal, Internal and Sales streams each month. This includes validation and audits related to the proper aging of accounts through the Recovery life cycle.
