Account Manager, E-Commerce Solutions
Current• Interface directly with clients and industry-leading tech partners, serving as the primary liaison for over 15 clients, to develop unique and customized e-Commerce solutions that address specific needs within their utility programs.• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial scoping and kickoff to quality assurance and ongoing operational management post-launch, ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards.• Transform large datasets into actionable insights through organized reporting and analysis, driving data-driven decision-making.• Translate client requirements into actionable development tasks, coordinating efforts between frontend and backend development teams to ensure successful implementation.• Support financial operations by assisting the Accounting team with invoicing and margin analysis, ensuring that e-Commerce solutions are delivered cost-effectively.• Conduct detailed program performance reviews, internal and external reporting, and forecasting to ensure projects are on track and stakeholders are well-informed.• Facilitate and lead critical client meetings, both recurring and ad-hoc, throughout project lifecycles to ensure stakeholder alignment and seamless project execution.
