I have always loved both the hardware and software aspects of the computing field and I find it fascinating how they have so much influence over each other. Assembling computers, and thus hardware has been a hobby of mine ever since I was fourteen, and in fact drove me to major in the computer science field. I first started programming with Java in college during 2017, and enjoyed the way that the computer could be directed to perform tasks and to display varying outputs all tailored to a users needs. Since then I have learned a great deal more about programming languages and the different strengths and weaknesses each has. Outside of school and work, teaching myself how to use engines such as Unity and Unreal engine provides some real work applications for the languages I've been learning and drives me to learn more and more!
