Benjamin Seigel is of counsel to the firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group in Los Angeles. Mr. Seigel has represented numerous types of interests in bankruptcy cases throughout the country. Mr. Seigel has been honored by the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California for being the most frequently chosen mediator in the entire Central District and the Los Angeles Division.. He frequently lectures to accounting firms, financial institutions and other organizations on debtor/creditor topics, including the financial and psychological benefits of resolving disputes through mediation.
