I guarantee you that I am not just a “Permit and code violations professional.” Still, I am the guy who has a substantial background in Project Management, negotiation of construction contracts, obtaining zoning and land use approvals, public hearings, and ADA remediation compliance within Florida, with expertise in helping you to save time and money while ensuring your project is designed and constructed following the requirements of the local municipal codes and ordinances. Last but not least, I have been involved in numerous leadership roles within the local government throughout the South Florida community and served multiple Non-Profits and Professional Associations. In addition to this, I have served several advisory roles within the City of Aventura, Education and Leadership roles within the Miami Board of Realtors of Greater Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beaches, on the Business and Professional Division of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, and I am the Governmental Affairs Director for NAHREP Fort Lauderdale.
