Perform various duties of electrical and mechanical repair and daily maintenance of coffee and tea packaging equipment to include package machines such Ilapak, Triangle , Key pack, Carrera, Universal, Probat, fillers, seamers, package and box tapers, Lantec Box makers, Vacuum Transport Systems and many various types Of Equipment used To process nearly 6 million pounds of coffee and tea products a month.• Machine operator back-up on all equipment when necessary• Set-up and maintain a running operation with safety, quality and efficiency• Maintain all equipment and work area in a clean and safe environment• Assist with changeovers properly and efficiently• Perform Maintenance of company production equipment• Ensure correct materials are being used and conform to QA standards• Perform duties in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures including safety checklist, equipment pre-start checklists, GMP, cleaning and food safety• Ensure compliance with all company guidelines, policies and procedures

Mechanical and Electrical assembly of proto-type industrial assembly line systems. Installation of newly designed equipment in various industrial applications. Worked with engineering department to complete customer specifications and machine operations. Worked closed with various contracting agents to coordinate multiple installations and testing of equipment.

Worked with engineering department in the mechanical and electrical manufacturingof in house machine designs of equipment built to produce various medical products, such as doctor masks, cone masks, blood pressure cuff/ silk screen/water-jet cutting machines. Worked with engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure equipment met specifications and production requirements.
