I worked with the lead design engineer of vibrational control system to document performance measures, tuning procedures, and subsystem capabilities. As a test engineer, I Integrated various features into specific products and tested performance tradeoffs. I deployed failure analysis on units that did not pass the calibration process through developing and utilizing MATLAB tools to determine root causes. This allowed for the improvement of the drive manufacturing process using JMP software and Lean 6 Sigma methodologies. Over multiple product cycles, I determined sources of resonance emerging at varying frequencies to filter out in system, acoustic and adjacent drive disturbances for vibrational control system.

FAA contracted intern for the summer of 2016 and transferred to Leidos in August 2016. I updated the graphic design and Integrated Terminal Weather System sensor information of the training manuals for current Air Traffic Controllers. While at Leidos, I also implemented QGIS to make additions to the ITWS geographic representation of the National Airspace System.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area

I was contracted out by the FAA to support the ITWS system. Here, I analyzed the specifications for a data recording device compatible with the Integrated Terminal Weather System and increased the ITWS data recording capabilities by 24 Terabytes at 45 different locations in the National Airspace System.
