-Handling daily operation of business for client IT issues in a fast and friendly manner-Deploying client machines, networking, and printer solutions upon client request-Providing troubleshooting of computer issues from minor or advanced software and hardware issues as well as offering insight and training on the various client platforms (Windows XP – 10)-Developing documentation based on lessons learned and utilizing this in customer training and personal development of experience

-Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices-Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality-Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
