The Wagon Fatigue Project aims to apply four separate modifications to over 5500 coal wagons in QLD over a 5 year time period.My position as manager of this program encompasses many facets of project management. Duties include:- Organisation of logistics- Implementation and development of procedural changes both in the modifications themselves and logistics- Day to day tracking of progress- Monthly reporting of progress and issues affecting the program- Management of internal and external factors affecting the program
