Ben joined Maitland Walker as a trainee in 2002 and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2004. He completed his law degree at Middlesex University during which he was awarded the Ruynski Eurocabinet Prize for excellence in European and competition law studies. He went on to obtain a commendation on the Legal Practice Course at Gray’s Inn School of Law.Ben now heads the Legal 500 Commercial Property team at Maitland Walker and deals with a variety of matters such as sales and acquisitions of commercial property, landlord and tenant issues and estate management. His clients range from high street office/shop owners to multi-national companies with large property portfolios.
