I have extensive leadership experience leading small professional teams and large multi-functional organisations in complex environments. I have primarily worked as an engineering manager providing fleet management, project management and engineering advice and support to senior leadership. I have also demonstrated an ability to adapt my problem solving, leadership and analysis skills to other areas including corporate reputation management, whole of organisation structural change and logistics. I have served in the Australian Army for the last 13 years and I am currently a Lieutenant Colonel. Prior to this, I gained commercial experience in a number of civilian consulting firms and as the engineer for the privatised arm of the Melbourne City Council. I thrive in organisations with a strong ethical culture and strategic purpose where I can apply strategic planning and analytical problem solving skills to implementing term organisational improvement.
