I contributed to the development, optimisation and verification of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen array for the ‘Randox Investigator’ analyser. Responsibilities included screening of antibodies, optimisation and manufacturing of reagents, and validation of the established product. Tests included analytical and functional sensitivity of the assay, assignment of calibrator and quality control ranges, and assessment of interferences and cross-reactants. In my role, I was responsible for processing large sets of experimental data and presenting the information in an appropriate manner for weekly lab-meetings.
