Early life (1988-2010) Coming from a rural upbringing, my amazing parents defined for me hard working ethics, moral and emotional intelligence and supported me by delivering challenges that took me well out of my comfort zone. I have early experience at landscape/gardening, assisting with guest services at an award winning retreat in the Friday Creek Hinterland, au pair services to local families, steel carpentry, work experience at a architects studio (Design 22 Studio in Coffs Harbour), work experience at a furniture design workshop (AT Design), studied an advanced diploma of Furniture Design, worked in local clubs and bars as a bartender.Post graduation and experience in Canberra (2010-2015): worked in a recruitment agency as a builders labourer, whilst cocktail bartending at two central city bars, 3 years working as bar manager and cocktail specialist at The District in Crace winner of 2 consecutive years of AHA awards for best cafe/restaurant whilst employed here.
