At HelloDone.AI, a leading tech startup in natural language processing, I served as a Technical Client Project Manager, overseeing client relations with major brands like Footasylum and National Express. I facilitated monthly stats reviews, interpreting platform data to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients, ensuring the software's effectiveness in the virtual assistant space. I collaborated with the development team to relay improvement needs , prioritizing projects for enhanced software functionality. Throughout my tenure, I expanded my expertise in business APIs and User Experience (UX), contributing to internal projects and driving product innovation.Led the charge with a major overhaul of the virtual assistants conversational flow, improving CX and updating samples to uphold recognition and efficiency of the platform. I also designed and pioneered different features and products, from conception through involvement in QA and testing procedures.The company went on to be successfully acquired by Scurri, where my role was transferred conterminously.

Responsible for the full commercial management of approximately 100 SME clients. My key duties included driving revenue growth through strategic up-selling and cross-selling, negotiating contract renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. I ensured our customers fully leveraged CloudCall’s integrated communications solutions, particularly in syncing with CRMs like Bullhorn, Salesforce, and Access CRM. Additionally, I conducted product demonstrations for both existing and prospective clients, showcasing the full capabilities of our communication suite. My efforts contributed significantly to the exponential growth in the base value of our customer portfolio.
