AT qualcomm started one year contract term.For their MixSignal design work on 65nm process andJust completed IO drivers for their 28nm TSV process.

Senior Layout Designer for 28nm process, layout responsibilities of Analog Blocks, Cells, STD_Cell Analog libraries,Layout Lead of Top-Level IP Core assembly and layout lead of IO-ESD Bumpsto digital RTL Core on their current 10G product. Worked in the electronic industry for over twenty five years. I havebeen a layout consultant for fifteen of those years. Worked on a variety of process including CMOS, Bipolar, BiCmos for RF Designs.Designs consisted of DSP Datapaths for the wireless applications, Servo Controllers, Cable Modems, Optical Communications, Visual Detectors forMilitary RADHARD applications, non-volatile ROMs, RAMs, CAMs and Power Management Designs. Most of the designs are for PC market, many of them were Mixed Signal Designs.Early in my career I opened my own design center. I had three Calma workstations and six employees. In 1992 I opened another design center. My primary focus was to deliver physical design services using low cost PC based systems and delivering quality layout services.Familiar with linux PC based systems Cadence, Mentor Graphics software. Layout editor familiarity includes all Cadence based tools along with Tanner tools.
