I am a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Immigration Law and Counsel with the Immigration Practice Group at Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC ("CSG Law"). My work focuses on securing U.S. visas for employment and investment (E-1/E-2, H-1B, H-2B, L-1A/L-1B, O, P, R, TN, E-3, etc.) and employment-based immigrant petitions, including PERM-based EB-2 and EB-3, EB-2 NIW, EB-1 for multinational executives and managers, outstanding researchers, and individuals of extraordinary ability, EB-5 investors, and EB-4 religious workers. In my 12+ years practicing U.S. immigration law, I have represented businesses, universities, religious organizations, individuals, and families in virtually all manner of U.S. immigration matters, including family-based immigrant petitions, inadmissibility waivers, consular processing at U.S. consulates around the world, naturalization and other citizenship applications, asylum and other forms of humanitarian protections (SIJS, U Visas, VAWA, I-730's, etc.), removal defense, administrative appeals, and federal litigation. I am an active member of the professional community including the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization (Immigration Committee).
