Manage and optimize the online marketing budget (very important budget) by making the right choices through different paid channels (SEA, Social Ads, Display, Affiliate programs…)- Define and implement the most effective leads acquisition strategy for our 14 online schools.- Manage e-marketing campaigns with the support of our online media agencies and partners.- Develop new partnerships in order to grow our online visibility (affiliates, comparator, blogs..)- Identify strategic sectors and online trainings to prioritize- Participate in websites optimization (ux/ui, landing pages, design) in order to improve online conversion- Anticipate new creative trends by continuous AB-test and learnings- Big focus on data and analytics topics in order to have a better view and understanding of our environment.- Management of 2 people in the team

Paris

- Define Traffic Acquisition Strategy through different online acquisition channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Display RTB, Retargeting, App Download...)- Allocate budget split depending on marketing and revenue objectives.- Coordinate and manage campaigns for all these channels.- Be the main contact with strategic partners (Google, Facebook, Apple) and mobile advertising partners.- Measure and analyze results, identify potential optimizations, define attribution models.- Deploy campaigns to opening countries- Only focused on results and passioned to data

- Challenge & support 14 countries and 141 shopping centers traffic acquisition strategy (Display, SEM, social media buying & PRM)- Set up relevant monitoring tools including attribution model & adapt them to the fast changing environment- Leading improvements in global projects dealing with traffic acquisition- Develop traffic acquisition skills in the BU : benchmark & keep up with innovations to support Klepierre’s countries in leveraging them through guidelines- Coordinate pilots with startups within the digital innovation platform & find the start-ups that will be the game changers of retail tomorrow

Management of the SEM traffic acquisition:• Monitoring and optimizing all Adwords and Bing/Yahoo accounts for France & International (more than 9 countries in total) – Development of the acquisition strategy• Daily SEM optimizations : manage keywords and ads, launch of new campaigns• Reporting and monitoring the key performance indicators of the company • Setting a SEO strategy in order to improve our natural positions • Competitors Benchmark : regular follow-up of major competitors and analysis of their performance• Manage SEM Project: A-B test analysis, Search Mobile, internal BI reports for SEM, contextual landing pages, remarketing for search and display, GDN, Youtube, Gmail Ads, PLA, RLSA, etc.• Launching of SEM Bidding tool
