I've worked 5 years as a junior accountant and 8 years remotely working in Customer Service at many levels, Sales, Telemarketing, Scheduling, and Onboarding for US Government grants. I've worked for Financial companies, real estate companies, Software companies, Retail, and Fashion. I've piloted many projects, my biggest being a department in VRBO, which succeeded and provided employment to hundreds of persons as a result. I am now focused on being an Operations Lead/ manager, where I can use my years of experience and skill set to contribute to the success of managing departments, setting goals, beating goals, encouraging teams to be the best, and contributing to a healthy, wealthy work environment with respectful transparency and completing my own tasks as a leader.Thank you!
