The Army has made me the "swiss army knife" of employees. I was initially trained in advanced skills to conduct data analysis, then compile, format, and present that analysis to various audiences in a manner that can be understod both by experts in the field and those with no experience with the topic.Beyond my initial training however, I have been trained in advanced security practices. Inspecting facilities for lighting, fences, safes, guard schedules, and managing security proceedures have been assigned aditional tasks for my whole career. I am trained and profficient in cyber security as well. Both professional and personal, identifying scams and phishing attempts while keeping up with leak prevention methods and identifying large scale threats to missions such as compromised messaging apps and viruses. Further more I have been a personnel and information security manager. Compiling and tracking trainings for employees for things such as annual equal opportunity training and other required quarterly or annual trainings while identifying and safeguarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII).Finally for the last 5 years I have held leadership roles ranging from teams of 3 or 5 new soldiers learning to conduct basic day to day tasks, to managing 5 to 10 groups of arround 10 people each, with various specializations. I was tasked with creating an environment where they could communicate effectively and provide large scale results.

I was forced to leave the partnership due to a percieved conflict of interest between buisness ownership and my government position.
