From day to day I organized and processed multiple orders of 30 or more computers. We completed at least 200 computers each day. Processing included but not limited to:- Unpackaging all types and configurations of computers. (Laptops, Full sized desktops, Mini desktops, and All-in-ones.)- Using bootable USBs we formated and imaged every compute with customized Windows 7 and 8 images.- Special orders consisted of hardware configurations that the software we used wouldnt be able to complete the formatting or labeling the hard drive(s). I configured a batch file to be versatile enough to complete to the required commands on any computer configuration that was ordered.- Laptops were required to have specific logo and text etched on the lids.- After a Windows image is installed the hard drives were then configured to be bootable through a pre configured batch file.- Computers were then shut down and reboxed to be transported on the scheduled date to a school to be setup and added to the schools network and domain.Side Project:- As an interest and request I started learning and configuring a Windows 2012 PXE server to replace the limiting number of USB drives to image each order of computers. - Also configuring a process of automating a Bios setup with preset settings.- Both additions to the imaging process increases the number of computers that can be processed by greatly reducing the time needed to configure the Bios of each computer by hand and by only being limited by the space for computers to be setup and plugged in.

Responsibilities- Project consisted of 60,000 hard drives in over 1,000 bins.- Connected each hard drive to a write blocker in order to determine if the assigned employee has a profile onthe hard drive or not, and whether there were extra user profiles on the hard drive.- Each hard drive's information was to be recorded into an SQL database.- Personally recorded the required information from each hard drive into the database.- Determined what category each drive was to placed in.- Categories consisted of everything from damaged or encrypted drives, to drives that had uncommonconnections.Accomplishments- Able to process over 100 hard drives per 8 hour shift consistently.- Continuously performed well above my team mates in terms of completed hard drives for the duration of mytime with the contract, while assisting in their own individual success.Skills Used- 40-50 words per minute- Knowledge of Windows 95 - Windows 7 files structures to locate profiles- Able to maintain constant focus throughout the day entry after entry- Consulted management for close call circumstances- Developed several ways to increase speed and accuracy of the project
