This was achieved by undertaking an end to end review & update of policies and procedures, rewriting procedure manuals to align with new policies whilst ensuring such was user friendly and the implementation of an interim external stakeholder engagement plan.The end to end review which involved the update to policies & procedures and a new user friendly procedure manual not only assisted with the increased revenue but also increased customer satisfaction by reducing customer claim wait times from 4-6 months to less than 10 days on averageE
