Supervised the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operations of the pulping module (batch digesting, brownstock washing & screening, bleachplant, ClO2 generation, water treatment, crude tall oil recovery, and crude sulfate turpentine recovery) in a 24/7/365 mill manufacturing high quality, dissolving grade cellulose and fluff pulp. Provided operational leadership and technical support to achieve mill safety and production goals.

Championed a team of four process control engineers in the design and implementation of advanced process controls (APC’s) for the fiberline and utilities areas.
