• Successfully planned and executed initial training, sustainment training, tracking and support for all Marine Corps Recruiters in Tennessee, North Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi (67,000 square miles, 21 offices, 74 recruiters); ensured all Marine Corps recruiting quality standards were met or exceeded. Dynamically planned, prepared, and presented over 800 hours of platform instruction and over 2000 hours of targeted classroom instruction to 167 recruiters.• Strategically orchestrated the efforts of assigned enlisted personnel, provided related training, analyzed the status of training and operations at the Headquarters and Recruiting store fronts and advised the Commanding Officer on matters pertaining to training and evaluation; recommended personnel assignments and Recruiting store front task organization including assets and areas of operation.• Effectively formulated annual, monthly and quarterly training plans; organized and performed initial recruiter and refresher training; developed Command Group Action Plan and Monthly Plans.• Conducted monthly training and store front visits with Station Commanders and annual inspections on Recruiting store fronts, Recruiting Programs, Military Entrance Processing Stations and Operations.• Advised the Commanding Officer on Substandard Performance Program; assisted in Structure & Market Share Analysis, Mission Planning, motivating recruiters and driving production.• Accomplished training, evaluations, and inspections for 167 Marine Corps Recruiters and 19 Sub-Station Commanders. Conducted 211 Recruiter training evaluations in order to provide corrective feedback to the recruiter, Station Commander and, the Commanding Officer.
