Sigma provides proactive health management services to law-enforcement and fire departments through large and small scale health insurance carriers. We operate within local, county-level, and federal law-enforcement to establish cardiac screening programs as a complement to existing wellness benefits structure.Sigma also shares partnership with CIRSA (Denver, CO) to create Sigma Health Law-Enforcement Wellness Initiative for all law enforcement officers in the state of Colorado.
