Oversee the production of Mobi’s fabricated steel & aluminum product line. Supervise welders as they cut, bend, & machine parts for fabrication, assembly, and welding. Work alongside fabricators training them in various techniques to improve their skills. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and components used for fabrication & assembly. Ensure timely completion of work orders as they move through production. Assist in research and development of new products to add to our existing product line, creating specific processes to efficiently execute the completion of the product and maximize dimensional accuracy.

-Fabricate OEM aluminum components serving the high end fiberglass fishing/pleasure boat & yacht industry-Train new hires on in house processes-Meet with upper management to discuss production goals & execution plan
