I've only had this one job my entire life. Yes, we are a CPA firm, so the foundation of what I do is tax strategy, and I'm really freaking good at it, but I would really call myself more of a business answer-guy. We have expanded our services to include so many areas that a business owner may need help with, sometimes by bringing it in-house (like we have with business process automation), sometimes by setting up wholesale / whitelabeling relationships (as with payroll and insurance), and other times simply by setting up strategic relationships with the best people in the industry (such as with legal, financing, and staffing). My goal is that when my clients reach out to me, I'll have a solution for every business problem they're facing. As cliché as it sounds, I really enjoy helping people, and that's what gets me out of bed in the morning.
