CurrentLiaison and internal support for Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Managers. Internal project management, quality assurance and auditing, financial reporting, coordinating meetings, timelines, conceptual designs, roadmaps and drawings.I've worked to standardize the excel pivot tables and dashboards used by our capital/expenditure programs. Stakeholders now receive the same standard financial metrics for all of my team's CapEx projects and programs. In addition to creating this reporting standard, I also developed a data log that tracks project assessment and quality information. This tool was published on a common document repository site, and team members now have access to target due dates, archival score information and net working days for all quality assessments completed on our team. As a result of this tracking, our SLA has improved to 9 working days compared to the prior year's average of 25 working days per quality assessment. In future years I hope to learn more about developing estimates and planning for our projects so that we can continue to make forecasting more accurate.
