At LHRC my duties are to the residents, the staff and the building in that order. I make sure residents are living in a safe environment. I ensure the staff are able to do their duty by maintaining the workplace. Also I make sure the building is in good repair and I do my best to fix problems before they become disastrous. I do this by communicating with both staff and residents as often as I am able and keep a good rapport with everyone so that they are all comfortable coming to me for assistance.

I have been purchasing property and renting my homes using local Property Management companies since 2010.

In my role as a Security Officer I experienced many challenging positions in many different venues. I worked in housing Complexes, Work Sites, Storage Units, Car Rental Facilities and Private Businesses. I worked alone and provided a visual deterrent to criminal activity and also many times I would also be in charge of locating safety issues, security patrols, camera and recorder operation as well as participating in security training courses, self defence classes and CPR/first aid courses. I kept notes and filed detailed reports after every shift. I was also required to maintain a good rapport with local Law Enforcement. Many times I was the first on scene of a crime or an injury and it was my duty to maintain control of a situation, provide first aid, crime scene protection or fire fighting techniques while contacting the necessary responders for the situation. I also had to learn the legalities and liabilities of being a security officer. I am no longer a security licence holder.

As a Trucking Company Owner I ensured safe delivery of juvenile plants to many farms all over the eastern United States. I was responsible for tracking the mileage of each delivery and was paid on contract with 3 local greenhouse companies. Maintaining my truck and all things related to my business was solely in my hands. I never expanded the business and instead decided on a career change a few years later.

General labor in a farm setting. Driving tractors, loading trailers, cleaning barns, storing and stacking pallets of grow trays, unloading semis, mowing, laboring with tools, welding, pretty much everything.

Maintaining a clean working environment was key to my success as a Head Cook for this mall based restaurant. This was my first employment and I excelled and was promoted very fast. My boss Ron Walker really taught me the importance of giving my all and the rewards that come with it. I held this full time job as I finished school. Sadly I felt that the next step would have to be owning my own franchise and I just was not interested in that.
