• Successfully designed and implemented database of 100+ New Products (NPDs); worked cross-functionally to report and quantify the company’s NPD efforts in a variety of business units, allowing management to analyze $180M+ of new products

• Led the company’s efforts to evaluate the recent $300 million acquisition of a women’s DTC shaving brand by conducting quantitative analysis and conducting interviews with store managers and customers; evaluation included assessing retail launch performance at Walmart, competitive review across the women’s shave category (including price and distribution) and various consumer and financial assessments.• Streamlined the company’s month-end financial reporting platform across its domestic manufacturing plants, utilizing Power BI to standardize and simplify internal financial statement design, used continuously after my departure.
