Leads and owns the PZ Cussons Manufacturing and Quality template design, which need to be implemented across PZ Cussons countries and Ensures that the Process Model meets each country requirementKey Deliverables:• Lead in formulating and updating the MAKE operating framework in line with best practices• Roll-out to PZ Cussons Countries, and ensuring that countries adopt the Global processes. • Drive implementation of the template and ensures minimal deviation from standard templates unless mandated by the implementing country’s external environment (legal / major customer/ etc.). • Drive integration across tracks for Master Data and information to ensure the use of Common and standard reports/KPI definitions.• Works with the IT partner to ensure high quality design that meets business needs and ensure delivery through the selected partner• Build a simple and robust Global Process Model for the Manufacturing and Quality process• Driving design by understanding “gaps” within the country model/requirements and resolve issues or escalates to the Process owner for resolution when necessary.• Conduct and lead PZ Cussons design workshops • Support countries during implementation• Review testing scenario and its result, provide support as necessary.• Monitoring cut over and go-live activities in countries• Review and sign-off training material for country, and monitor quality of SAP training.

Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering for Supply Chain • Identifies and responds to opportunities for providing products and services to the customer organization, liaising with those responsible in own organization. Recommends products and services that will help the customer organization to achieve its business objectives.• Carries out business impact assessment of improvement or new implementation projects• Ensure proper resources are assigned to deliver projects according to project contract.• Working closely with Process Leads, Regional IT and Local IT services, as well as IT vendors in conducting investigations at a high level for strategy studies, requirements specifications and feasibility studies. • Assesses the risks, costs and potential benefits of alternative business process designs.Solution Delivery, Support and Compliance within Supply Chain area• Manage projects from IT side, ensuring project are supported by proper documentations, obtain approval from IT Steering Committee and/or RIPI, establish infrastructure and support structure.• Ensure process knowledge remains within IT, runs process workshops, manage user trainings and promote the establishment of user champions in each functions.• Responsible to submit change requests as approved by the business to Regional Team (IT and Process Lead) for approval.• Conduct post implementation review where benefits are being delivered and measured. • Assists the user community in provision of transition support and change planning, and liaises with the project team.• Analyze issues occurs post implementation and identify improvement plan to avoid repetitive issues.• Works/liaise with those delivering the IT service (including suppliers where appropriate) to ensure the service is delivered as per agreed SLA.• Ensuring full compliance to IT Operating Frameworks, standards and IT OCA for all projects being managed, includes entry of projects into Clarity system.
