Sales Operations Manager
Current- Lead a team of Sales Operations employees to deliver quality and consistent support services to the Sales teams, including but not limited to enabling administration including issuing sales contract and invoice.
- Manage the quality and delivery of the services of the team, and the professional development of the team members, including performance assessment processes where relevant
- Manage the resourcing required and flexibility across brands to respond to demand spikes, and efficiently run the sales operations team to achieve margin goals
- In the first instance, the capability is responsible for providing support focussed in eight main areas:
- Sales Administration & Team Support
- CRM / EMS support to sales teams
