Originally a computer science graduate and lifelong tech entrepreneur, having co-founded, operated and exited 4 businesses, I had exited my last operating role in 2016 as Regional CEO of WPP company Grey Digital, after a 5 year post acquisition earn-out of Yolk Pte Ltd in 2011.Since 2016, I have banked hard into Venture & Fund-raising, founding Mayhem (Investment Holdings & Corporate Consulting), co-founding Tin Men Capital - a MAS-licensed USD 30M Venture Capital fund focused on B2B Tech startups at Series A, as Head of Ops until end 2022, co-founding Non-Public/ Ascend Angels that served the angel community and partnered with operating companies on thematic sub-fund concepts, until mid 2023.Currently, i am back to my core passion as Founder enabler, managing the portfolio of my private fund Mayhem, while helping founders strategize for growth and exit. This includes motorcycle lifestyle brand Macsback, newly launched premium airline, Really Cool Airlines, to later stage Nutrition & Alternative Dairy brand, Nature One, vertical farming innovator Agroz Inc., and locally-loved brand Straits Wine.Happily married with 2 daughters, I enjoy anything with >2 wheels, dabbling with music, while always trying to lose weight.
