Benjamin has vast experience in corporate and commercial, property, banking and finance, family, probate, litigation, debt recovery and intellectual property related matters. He is involved in various corporate and commercial exercises relating to initial public offering, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence exercise, issuance of company bonus and warrant, redeemable preference shares and various commercial agreements including, amongst others, joint venture agreement, subscription agreement and licensing agreement. Benjamin also has experience in banking and financing matters and property development including joint venture relating to real estate, sales and purchases of real estate, sub-sales transactions, developers transactions, tenancies and leases and other land-related agreements. He has advised the banks and borrowers on loan and security documentations including retail loans and commercial loans, conventional and Islamic banking documentations.His experience also extends to civil litigation, family and probate matters. He advises and represents clients on general civil disputes, joint petition for divorce and assists clients on estate planning, preparing of wills and other probate related matters. In addition, Benjamin also has experience in registering trade marks for his clients.
