Leading a group of +100 software engineers that aims at delivering a comprehensive Order Management System (OrMS) that will enable simplification and retail transformation for our customers. Our product is one of the two core modules at the heart of Nevio, the new flagship product suite currently under construction by Airline Solution teams.The backend solution we are delivering is: - Cloud native and modular with a java-based microservice architecture relying on Quarkus, deployed on Azure, and mixing SOA (Software Oriented Architecture) and EDA (Event Driven Architecture using Kafka) architecture paradigms - Relying on a new single-source-of-truth order record and simplified processes - Delivering new retailing capabilities including but not limited to Retailer/Supplier model for interline and capability for our customers to sell of any content - While supporting smoothly the transition to our solution for our clients from their current reservation system with simplified implementation and integration in airlines' ecosystem We are a cross-sites group present in Nice (France), Istanbul (Turkey) and Dallas (US). One of my key missions is to ensure we are set up for our teams to work in the best day to day conditions, to deliver with high quality standards in a SAFe environment and ready to support our growth as well as our transition to this new technological stack. In my role, I also actively participate in customer prospects for our area.Last but not least, part of my mission is as well to support some core bricks of the existing Passenger Service System (PSS) solution in the ticketing area with its publisher, its disruption management and its automatic synchronizer product.

Our team is contributing to the Amadeus Airlines strategy by defining the Airline Platform architecture and transition principles. Furthermore, we are responsible for the delivery of its corner-stone : the Order Management System.Organized in SAFe, our team is now driving a cross company effort aiming at delivering a comprehensive Order Management System. It will enable simplification and retail transformation for our customers. The OrMS will be: - Cloud native, modular and agnostic - Relying on a new Order record and simplified processes - Supporting the transition - Delivering new retail capabilities - Facilitating implementation As the manager of the team (18 engineers with technical and functional profiles, including DevOps; and organized in virtual teams), I am in charge of ensuring our component vision with the support of our department architects, as well as following people management aspects. Our stack is Java based and I am also participating actively to customers prospects for our area.

The team was in charge of the orchestration for automatic features which are part of the revenue integrity suite offered to our customers.
