- Served as a bunk tzevet (counselor) for two distinct age groups: eilanot (3rd & 4th grade) and sayarim (10th grade), fostering a supportive and inclusive environment tailored to the needs of each age group. - Co-led the arts major for sayarim campers, guiding them through creative personal projects, along with a collaborative group project where we created a stained glass mural for Shabbat candles to light through. - Organized and co-lead a 5-day backpacking trip for sayarim campers in the Sangre de Cristo National Forest, ensuring campers' safety, planning daily activities, and leading discussions on teamwork, nature, and Jewish values. - Organized and co-lead two 3-day backcountry camping trips for eilanot campers. - Collaborated with fellow tzevet to design and implement fun, engaging programs that aligned with the camp's goals, values, and traditions. -Provided mentorship, emotional support, and conflict resolution, helping campers build confidence, form meaningful connections, and develop leadership skills- Maintained a strong focus on camper well-being, ensuring a safe and enriching camp experience both on-site and during off-site wilderness trips.
