As a financial services representative trainee, I am able to analyze financial strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals. Also, I am able to educate clients on available investment products, services, and resources of the company and am given the opportunity to provide screening for applicants for membership eligibility. As a financial service representative trainee, I am able to cross-sell through promotion and provide in-depth knowledge of industry products and services along with mentoring new employees and offering solution advice when needed.

As Internal Vice President, I am able to continue exhibiting my leadership strengths, skills and qualities by providing administrative support with the Executive Board which includes drafting and managing correspondence, coordinating events. Another task was the opportunity to manage all internal operations such as recruiting, planning, executing meetings, doing paperwork for activities and/or reimbursements, reviewing weekly emails. I had the pleasure of working efficiently with the Secretary, Treasurer, Director of Memberships and Director of Professional Development while providing as much efficiency as possible and always assisting students and individuals to develop personal and technical skills to create future leaders.

As the Executive Secretary, I was able to inform members regarding Calendar of Events along with internship opportunities. Additionally, I was able to acquire leadership skills and qualities through performing duties such as fundraising, notetaking, engaging with other student organizations, recording minutes and notes regarding attendance for board officers and members. Furthermore, I was able to initiate and implement effectiveness, profressionalism, and efficiency throughout the organization.
