I also consult trainers and colleagues across the BBC on training delivery.Past projects have included the development and roll-out of two unconscious bias modules, developing resources for night worker well being, Proteus training for freelancers, creating a radio package making training resource and developing leadership and personal development training.

Editorial planning of internal and external training content.I built partnerships across the BBC and with partners such as Screenskills and Digital Cities partners to promote Academy content on various internal and external channels including social media (Yammer, Twitter, Facebook), internal comms (newsletters, digital posters).I planned out new content to be made in conjunction with the rest of the team, organising campaigns to make a bigger marketing impact.I also managed the editorial side of the Academy homepage.

Responsible for sourcing and publishing new content for the BBC Academy website. The site is a free online learning resource for the radio, television and online production community offering videos, podcasts and articles from broadcasting innovators and experts.Also work on internal BBC projects sucha as courses.I'm in charge of running the BBC Academy podcast but also work on other elements, including social and video, and managing major training projects, such as The BBC Academy's first MooC.

Continuing contract at the BBC. I took a attatchment for a year at the BBC Academy College of Production (Assistant Producer) from October 2013-October 2014.During this time worked on live daily programme You and Yours, weekly live programme The Media Show, weekly pre-recorded programmes In Touch and The Radio 4 Appeal and seasonal and ad hoc programmes such as Face the Facts, the Radio 4 Christmas Appeal and The State of The Never Had It Generation.I also stepped up into Assistant Producer role on Loose Ends and Saturday Live when cover was needed and into interactive / social media roles on each programme.RADIO PRODUCTION- Co-ordinate the smooth running of a high paced, live programmes (You and Yours and The Media Show). As well as longer form projects (Face the Facts) or pre-recorded weekly programmes both in studio and on locationONLINE- Use skills from Radio 4 Interactive attachment to enhance You and Yours web offering, from connecting with audiences in social media to taking photos for the websites and providing eye catching promotions across digital spaces.- Act as an ambassador for improving Audio and Music factuals digital presence, having helped programmes such as BBC Radio 4's Start the Week, Loose Ends, Desert Island Discs, The Media Show, Saturday Live and In Our Time, Front Row, Desert Island Discs, In Our Time and The Strand (BBC World Service) on the web and social media presence.

Responsible for sourcing and content publishing new content for the College of Production website The site is a free online learning resource for the radio, television and online production community offering videos, podcasts and articles from broadcasting innovators and experts.Role includes:- Producing the weekly podcast from idea through to publication. Includes booking contributors, researching and writing scripts, studio production and editing using Adobe Audition.- Publishing content on a daily basis including articles, video and podcasts using BBC iSite & iBroadcast systems. Editing via HTML and XML when required. - Writing accurate and exciting copy, set to a style-guide standard. Editing copy when needed to conform with the site and maximise SEO.-Produce (technically and editorially)the weekly CoP show podcast, featuring leading innovators and experts giving advice about the industry.- Source and edit striking images for the site.- Use social media tools (Twitter via Tweetdeck, Facebook, Storify) to engage and reach new audiences as well as the weekly newsletter.- Being creative - coming up with new ideas and implementing them.- Keeping track of site statistics using iStats comscore and Bitly- Re-wrote copy (including teasers) and sourced new images for the new website design (live September 2013).

Online producer for BBC Radio 4, working on the Radio 4 website and new web projects as well as social media.Key Projects:DESERT ISLAND DISCSManaged the delivery of 431 Desert Island Disc programmes from the archive in both audio download and streamed format. Sourced and managed editing of missing castaway images. Worked with partners within and outside the BBC.PRODUCTION MODERNISATION PILOTManaged the production pilot for speech radio (Front Row) for increasing interactive production within radio. Wrote the report and suggested recommendations.ARCHIVE PROJECT: SHAKESPEAREResearched and selected archive drama and speech programmes for the Shakespeare's Restless World site. Developed the digital offer with British Library partners and was involved with site build.THE PEOPLE’S PASSIONDeveloped a digital offer for a high profile cross department collaboration to bring in choirs across the UK to sing ‘The People’s Passion’ during Easter week 2012.REGULAR TASKSMaintaining regular programme pages (indies, complex website updates) and Audio on Demand requirments (through Coyopa). Working within the team on small projects, working up to senior team members and delegating when necessary. - Produced 1 / 1/2 hour staff meeting in the Radio Theatre, with audio visuals and interviewees (including a very busy Richard Curtis and Peter White). Researched and put together and produced.- Co-ordinated the simul-cast announcement across 6 radio stations for the announcemnet of the Comic Relief stand up winner.
